First of all, I want to start by saying how much I enjoyed reading 30 Day of Hope.  I read it in its entirety first and then I went back to just reading the daily affirmations and instituting the action steps which I found very helpful.  Most importantly, I consider myself a strong minded person but in reading the book I found out that I was experiencing some feelings of self-doubt and sadness that I was burying deep down, especially since Covid.  The action steps really helped me address those feelings.  So I thought if I was experiencing those emotions that my co-workers might be experiencing the same.  So I bought a book for each of them, 5 ladies in my group,  So as a group, we started working through the book together and found it quite interesting that we were all feeling some of the same emotions and anxiety and it was good to have someone to talk to about them.

Thank you Dana for giving us the tools to recognize and address our mental health concerns and just overall well-being.
