I am a dedicated licensed professional counselor and personal development expert based in Michigan, specializing in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, and domestic violence trauma. With a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health from Siena Heights University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University, I combine my academic background with decades of experience in the criminal justice system, including my role as a parole agent.
